Thank you for your interest in becoming an educator at the Head Heart Hands Learning Foundation (H3LF). This is more than an application—it’s an opportunity for you to reflect on your personal journey, desires, and how they align with the mission and values of H3LF.

Before you begin, we invite you to‬ ‭create a nurturing environment for deep reflection:‬

Environment Check:

1. Minimize Distractions :‬‭ Silence your phone and close unnecessary tabs on your computer for the next 30 minutes or so.

2. Comfort : ‬‭Ensure you are seated comfortably and‬‭that your space is calm.

3. Lighting :‬‭ Position yourself in a well-lit area‬‭with gentle, natural light if possible.

4. Set the Mood :‬‭ Play some instrumental or calming‬‭music, light a candle, or add anything‬ ‭that supports your reflective practice.

‭Internal Check :

Now, take a deep breath and center yourself. Notice your body’s energy and your emotional‬ ‭state. Take a moment to reflect on the thoughts that are most present for you right now. Feel free‬ ‭to jot down your observations as you prepare to engage with the following questions.
