Founding Inspiration
H3LF was born from a shared belief among its founding members that adolescents need a nurturing and empathetic space where education aligns with holistic development. Inspired by the Steiner-Waldorf principles and personal experiences in education, the foundation was created to serve the full spectrum of human growth. With a focus on conscious, creative learning and personal integrity, H3LF aims to be a sanctuary where students and educators alike are valued and supported.

The Journey
Since its founding three and a half years ago, H3LF has evolved from a humble group schooling initiative among four families to a full-fledged educational platform.

H3LF begins as a group schooling initiative with four families, supporting holistic development through personalized learning approaches for adolescents.
Year 2021
Our first high school cohort embarks on a unique, experiential learning journey rooted in H3LF’s core values of excellence, empathy, and trust.

Expansion of our community initiatives, including teacher training programs and the launch of lower and middle school support for families aligned with holistic child development.
